Bernd Vogt Grundbesitz KG was founded in 2015 by Bernd Voigt. With great dedication and reliability, he built the company from the ground up.

In summer 2025, we, Kerstin and Arne Bahnsen took over the property management business, which now serves a wide and growing customer base. Our goal is to further develop the company together with our entire team, modern and future-oriented, while maintaining the proven and personal approach established by Bernd Vogt.

We bring many years of experience in managing our own real estate. Our professional backgrounds range from business management and economics to certified property management (IHK-certified WEG administrator).

In addition, we possess extensive expertise in process optimization, information technology, and building maintenance, as well as leadership experience from various sectors. Many matters are handled personally, by phone, or, in a modern way, via video call.

We monitor all services necessary for management on your behalf, such as building and property cleaning, winter services, caretaker services, etc.
