Management of special property

For owners who do not occupy their condominium themselves but rent it out — and wish to place the management of their property in professional hands

The management service includes all tasks of rental property administration

Recording of master data for the individual property (condominium unit)

IT-assisted accounting, including monitoring the receipt of ongoing rents and permissible charges

Implementation of rent increases, rent collection, and reminder procedures

Regular review of local rent levels and recommendations for rent adjustments

The services and remuneration shall be agreed in the management contract
